Chelsea has set August 26th as the deadline for a potential Wayne Rooney transfer. According to the DAILY EXPRESS, Jose Mourinho wants this issue to be resolved before Chelsea visit Old Trafford in their 3rd fixture of the premeir league season.
Although the blues have seen their two bids dismissed and rejected, they are willing to give it another go and will be looking to be 3rd time lucky as they are expected to make one last bid for the Manchester United hit-man.
Rooney has made it clear that he is not happy at the club and wants to leave although the club's administration constantly state that he is not for sale. Though the club may look to give up at last and look for the best offer possible for the English striker.
